Second baseman Shelby Ford went through a rough season in 2009. The 24-year old started the season at Triple A Indianapolis and batted .188 in 86 games, with four home runs and 27 RBI. After being demoted to Double A Altoona he hit .233 in 29 games, with two home runs and 17 RBI. PiratesDugout.com’s George Von Benko spoke with Ford about rebounding from a tough season.
